What booking system to use as a Lash Artist?

There are SO many booking systems out there and I know it can be super confusing. When choosing a booking system, a Lash Artist should consider several factors to ensure the system meets their specific needs and enhances their business.


Here are key considerations:

  • User-Friendly Interface: The system should be easy to navigate for both you and your clients.

  • Mobile Accessibility: Ensure the system works smoothly on mobile devices, as many clients will book appointments on their phones.

  • Online Booking: Clients should be able to book appointments online easily.

  • Calendar Integration: The system should integrate with your personal calendar (Google Calendar, iCal, etc.) to avoid double bookings.

  • Appointment Reminders: Automated reminders for both the lash artist and clients to reduce no-shows.

I myself have used 3 or 4 in the last 6 years but for the last 3 years, I’ve used Booksy, and they transferred my whole client and details list from my previous system for free 😍.

 

I love Booksy because it allows clients to actually search for you on their platform, I can send out blast texts and emails for free meaning those last min appointment slots fill up much quicker.

 

I’d say overall Booksy actually works out to be one of the cheapest systems as most others have hidden fees (big hidden fees) 😬 which you definitely don’t want.
